1. Delivery of Goods: "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD will arrange for the shipment of the products ordered by the Buyer to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the checkout process. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
2. Shipping Method: All orders are typically shipped via reputable courier services DPD or other. The specific courier used for your order may depend on the destination and the size/weight of the package.
3. Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and are calculated from the date of dispatch of the order. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, the chosen courier service, and other factors beyond the control of "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD, such as public holidays, unforeseen delays, or logistical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

The Buyer should then promptly contact "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD customer support to report the damage and arrange for further instructions.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, the Buyer should contact "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD customer support. "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD will liaise with the courier service to investigate the issue and will take reasonable steps to resolve it, which may include attempting to locate the package or arranging for a replacement shipment (subject to product availability).
9. Delivery Restrictions: "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD may have limitations on where it can ship products. Any such restrictions will be communicated on the Site or during the checkout process. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is within our designated shipping zones.
