1. Product Inspection Upon Receipt & Reporting of Obvious Defects
Upon receiving your order, you (the Buyer) are obligated to immediately inspect the delivered goods.
If you discover any obvious defects (e.g., visible damage, missing accompanying accessories, or missing documents required by Bulgarian legislation), you must immediately notify the delivery person at the time of delivery.
Failure to report such issues immediately upon receipt will be considered as your approval of the goods in their delivered condition. In this case, you will lose the right to make subsequent claims regarding obvious defects, missing accessories, or missing required documents.
2. Complaints Regarding Purchased Goods

3. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers in Distance Contracts)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded online without giving any reason within 14 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly and unequivocally inform "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do this by:

Obligations Upon Withdrawal:
You must return the goods to "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in preserved commercial condition (i.e., unused and suitable for resale), along with all original accessories, attachments, documents (including the original purchase receipt).
Until the goods are received by "Zaharna Prachitsa” EOOD, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods lies entirely with you.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
4. Refund Procedure Upon Withdrawal
Once we receive the returned goods and verify that they meet the conditions outlined in Section 3, we will process your refund.
We will refund the full purchase price you paid for the goods, including the original standard delivery costs (if applicable). However, we are not obliged to reimburse supplementary costs if you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.1 There will be no fees charged to you as a result of the refund.
We have the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗПП), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of:
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene or health protection.
